Is the app free?
The app is free to download and use with core features. A Premium subscription (monthly or yearly) unlocks unlimited AI coach and roadmaps. Pricing is shown in the in-app paywall.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → %1 Kişisel Gelişim → Cancel Subscription
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Premium features until then. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy: reportaproblem.apple.com
Can I restore my purchase?
Yes. Use Restore purchases on the paywall or Profile screen. Purchases made with the same Apple ID are recognized when you change devices or reinstall.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Profile → Delete my account and confirm. All server data (profile, habits, roadmaps, coach chats) and your account are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored on our secure servers (Firebase Firestore) and cached on your device. It belongs only to you and is protected by Firestore security rules. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What is Sign in with Apple for?
By default an anonymous account is created. Sign in with Apple lets you keep your progress when you change devices. No email or password is required.
