These Terms govern your use of the %1 Kişisel Gelişim mobile app. By downloading and using the app you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
%1 Kişisel Gelişim is an iOS app offering AI-powered personal development roadmaps, habit tracking, an AI coach (Anthropic Claude) and reminders. It is not a substitute for professional advice and is for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Account and Usage
- No registration, email or password is required; an anonymous account is created by default.
- You must use the app only for lawful personal purposes.
- You must not reverse-engineer the app, extract AI prompts, or circumvent rate limits.
- You must not use the app to harass, threaten or generate illegal content.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
3.1 Free Use
%1 Kişisel Gelişim is free to download. Core features are free; usage limits may apply to the AI coach and roadmaps.
3.2 Premium Subscription
Premium unlocks unlimited access:
- Monthly subscription (
yuzdebir_pro_monthly): Renews automatically every month - Yearly subscription (
yuzdebir_pro_yearly): Renews automatically every year
An optional free trial may be offered; terms are shown on the paywall.
3.3 Payment and Renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Renewal charges may be applied within 24 hours before the period ends
3.4 Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are subject to Apple's policy: reportaproblem.apple.com
4. AI Content Disclaimer
The AI coach and roadmaps generate text via a third-party model (Anthropic Claude). This is not medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice. Use your own judgment. In emergencies contact a qualified professional.
5. Intellectual Property
The app, design, code, brand and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of text you enter; you grant us a limited license to process messages to the AI coach solely to produce replies.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- We are not liable for device failure, data loss or connectivity issues
- We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages
- We make no guarantees regarding personal development or exam outcomes
7. Changes
We may update these Terms without prior notice. Updates are published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey.
